“Now, I am grateful; without anger; without worry; honest and dedicated in work; and kind to all living things." -Reiki Principles
Reiki is a stress-reduction technique that channels and focuses life-force energy through light touch, facilitating the healing process. Developed in Japan, Reiki is becoming increasingly popular around the world. Research has shown that Reiki, a natural, non-invasive technique, can reduce pain, nausea, anxiety, and improve sleep. Reiki treats the whole person, the energy body as well as the physical body and is useful in caring for the self and others. Reiki is also wonderful working with animals and plants, and can be used to clear spaces and objects of negative energy.
Reiki is accessible to everyone and is easy to learn. Each degree of initiation involves an energy attunement, which is a powerful infusion of energy that clears and allows the initiate to channel Reiki. After receiving the Reiki I degree, you will be able to do self-treatments and provide treatments for friends and family.
