Nourish yourself and your clients through the Spring season with a focus on the Wood element. In this workshop, we’ll introduce the Wood element and the Liver and Gall Bladder meridians through the 5 element theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. We’ll look at qualities of the Wood element, what it may look like in and out of balance, and locate the Liver and Gall Bladder meridians in simple, flow based, practices of contact.
We will meet at 906 Broad Street in the Health Associates building.
